Our prefabricated panels are constructed in-house using our state-of-the-art equipment and cutting-edge software technology. We adhere to a meticulous 4-step process to ensure precision and efficiency.
Step #1: Quote and Design
The first step involves providing an accurate quote using our Mitek 3D panel software. Unlike traditional framing methods that require estimated raw materials and labor to be delivered to the job site, our software allows us to quote precise amounts of material and labor. This precision, down to the inch, saves you both time and money. Additionally, our customers have the opportunity to work one-on-one with our team of designers to create their home virtually using our advanced Mitek 3D viewer modeling. Once designed, you can virtually walk through your home to ensure the end product meets your expectations.
Step #2: Fabrication
Once the design is finalized with our customer, the 3D model is then sent to our automated saws. Dimensional lumber is cut and marked using our linear ALS saw. Lumber is then loaded into preset squaring tables and fabricated to spec. Ever garage door beam, window lintel and load bearing stud are fabricated in accordance with our pre-engineered software. Ever panel is inspected before it leaves our factory to ensure a high level of quality and workmanship is obtained.
Step #3: Delivery
After the panels are fabricated, they are inventoried in our yard until the customer is ready for installation. Terra Nova Trusses has a fleet of delivery-specific trailers, trucks, and cranes that assist in the process to make sure the product is delivered safely and without damage.
Step #4: Installation
Terra Nova Trusses has a 3rd-party network of trained installers that can erect your complete shell package, as well as trained in-house staff. From wall, floor, and roof, we can provide turnkey lump sum shell packages so there is no need to deal with a multitude of contractors, building supplies, and sub-trades.
